By submitting any enquiry, registration, or lead form, you expressly authorize Right Doc and its authorized service providers to contact you via telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic communication channels, irrespective of whether your contact details are registered with the National Do Not Call Registry.

3. Use of Platform Content

4. No Doctor–Patient Relationship | Emergency Disclaimer

Use of the Platform does not establish a doctor–patient relationship between users and any healthcare provider listed or interacting through Right Doc.

The Platform is not intended for medical emergencies. In case of an emergency, users must immediately contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.

5. Practitioner Listings & Information Accuracy

Right Doc displays information relating to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers, including qualifications, specialization, consultation details, and availability.

While reasonable efforts are made to verify and update such information, Right Doc does not warrant its completeness or accuracy and shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or reliance placed on such information.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

6. Personal Data We Collect

Users must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, harmful, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Users must not disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, spam, or misuse the Platform or its systems.

16. User Rights
